Activity Planning

There are only 24 hours in the day and 7 days a week, no matter how hard you try to alter this fact.  The only alternative is to use the hours available to your best advantage and appreciate the benefit of days off.  Pressure on small business people increases for many reasons, ie increased business, financial problems, bad management, to mention just a few.  Because of the pressures the business can suffer as your customer care reduces or dead lines are missed, resulting in lost sales and creditability.  The business person's health is put at risk through stress and stress related illnesses.  Getting organised is the obvious answer but when you are under pressure it is difficult to realise this simple point.
