an initial three hours of interview and review you will be provided
with a report to:

Understand the financial controls of the business and identify
any problem areas.
Recommend actions to improve the business.
Identify when a more in depth review is required.

small business with a turnover of less than £75,000 pa that has
problems or does not achieve as much as the owner believes it should.
What to Expect
There
will be a initial interview when you will expected to provide information
about the business. Depending on the problems identified by the
business person making the appointment and the type of business
the meeting may be at the businesses premises. Following the meeting
the accounts, projections and sales plans will be reviewed before
a second interview is arranged to answer questions that arise, before
the report can finished. The report will include an action programme,
suggested training, and research.
