Mailing Databases and Fulfillment

Setting up and sending out a mail shot is a time consuming task.  To tackle this yourself means diverting your valuable time and skills from your usual business activities.  It could be more cost-effective to sub-contract this to Support Shop.

Service Objectives

The mailing database service has different levels with their own objectives.  We can enter your data to create an initial database, maintain this data for future use and fulfill mailings to your targets.

What to Expect

There are five options for the mailing service:

Data Entry                    -    names and addresses entered onto a database which will be provided to you for use on your own system.

Database Maintenance  -    data on your database will be kept 'clean' and up-to-date.

Printed Addresses     -    names and addresses for a mailing will be printed from your database onto labels or directly to envelopes (DL size) for you to fulfill your own mailings.

Fulfillment                     -    Support Shop will undertake to send out your mailing.

Mail Shot Production  -    following your mailing, Support Shop can receive, co-ordinate and follow-up responses on your behalf.

Cost

The mailing service commences at a minimum cost of £10.00 per hour, rising to a maximum of £25.00 per hour for higher level services and combinations of options.  Support Club members will be entitled to a 10% discount on charges.
