Getting
Your Message Across!
Managing
a small business means taking on many rôles. One of these is to
make presentations to various groups and individuals. You may know

Identifying the type of presentation to be made, and making the
necessary preparations, requires an investment of time and resources
which must be used efficiently. This learning session will lay
the foundations for you to develop your own personal style, construct
presentations with the minimum of disruption to routine, and deliver
your message with confidence.

Determine the form of presentation appropriate to its intended
purpose and audience.
Construct the content.

support material.
Empathise with your audience during delivery to form that
vital relationship.
Invite feedback and deal with questions from the floor.
