Business Plan Review

Many small businesses are asked to produced their business plans when seeking finance and whilst they have followed books and courses they get little feed back on the effectiveness of their plans for raising finance, other than have applications for overdrafts accepted or declined.  Most would welcome an opportunity to put them in front of a banker and have a tested before that all important meeting with the bank.

Service Objectives

To provide a short review of the business plan to:

    Comment on its structure and substance.

    Consider all the points it covers and those that are missed.

    List the questions it raises.

    Comment on its effectiveness as a tool to raise funds.

    To suggest improvements.

Who will Benefit from the Service?

Any business that has produce a business plan in preparation to raising funds for the business.  Also any business that is unsure as to why their application for finance has been declined.

What to Expect

To have your business reviewed point by point and marked.  The reviewer will also ask you some questions regarding the plan and list the questions that the plan raises or leaves unanswered.  You will also be asked questions about yourself and your financial history.  At the end of the review you will be provided with a report.

Cost

Members    £25.00   per review including VAT

Non-members £40.00                 per review            including VAT
