matter and rarely requires written records or progress reports.
But when projects become larger and more complex, keeping track
of progress of tasks can suffer when you need all your time and
effort to carry out the tasks themselves.

project administration service helps you prioritise your tasks,
identify your critical path and keep your project on track. You
will be free to concentrate on carrying out project tasks while
we tackle task scheduling and re-scheduling and provide you
with regular updates and progress reports.

Shop will help you to:
Draw up the initial project plan, in consultation with you,
to ensure all deadlines can and will be bet.
Hold regular review meetings with you to compare progress
with the plan.
Produce progress reports and highlight potential problems
before they arise to allow appropriate action to be taken.
Update and re-schedule plans in line with changing
events.
Hold a project debrief meeting after project completion to
identify learning points for future similar projects.
