What to Expect
We will work with you to undertake analysis of the systems required to meet the needs of your business then look at the possible solutions available. We will help you design your own database or define how to assess off‑the‑shelf software packages.
Preparation
We will contact you before the workshop to discuss your data management requirements and make an initial assessment of the most suitable solution.
We may ask you to produce your requirements in writing and/or investigate existing off‑the‑shelf products in advance of the workshop to make the best use of your time on the day.

Pre-Requisites
You must have a clear understanding of the data and systems in use in your business and what you are trying to achieve from them. You will benefit most from this workshop if you have good underlying knowledge and experience of word processing and spreadsheet software.
