After explaining the process we will look at your choices which depend on need, image, development plan and budget as well as premises cost. Helping you choose the premises best suited to your business and negotiate favourable terms with the landlord.
Preparation
We will contact you before the workshop to discuss the work you have already done towards finding premises. We recommend that you work at your business objectives, staffing levels and cashflow before attending.
A copy of your latest Profit & Loss accounts, or projections for a new business, will be needed during the session.
