- Research the viability and cost of your idea.
- Produce an action plan.
What to Expect
In an interactive and informative session you will learn how to examine your business idea and your suitability to it. You will leave the workshop with your action plan to put your idea into action.
Preparation
We will contact you before the workshop to discuss your business idea. If you have not made a start on your business plan we may send you a template to get your initial thoughts onto paper.
A summary of any market research you have done and any results you have achieved will also be useful.

Anyone who has a clear business idea but needs the confidence to put it into action.
Pre-Requisites
You should have a clear idea of the business you want to start. If you are thinking of being self‑employed but are unsure, you should attend our Starting Point workshop first.
