This session helps you realise what can be achieved by a start‑up and the human resources required by bigger operations and expansions.

- Identifying time taken for marketing, sales and income generating work.
- Relating this to the cashflow.
- Identifying the resources required.
- Fine tuning the business plan.
What to Expect
We will be looking at your business type and size, and your business plan to help you make a realistic assessment of what can be achieved, where to apply your time and effort and the number of people required to achieve the outcomes you have predicted. This will enable you to confirm your projections or revise them to your budget.
Preparation
We will contact you before the workshop to discuss your current state of planning, reassessment or growth. This will identify which parts of the sessions are most appropriate to you and help us to tailor the delivery to your needs. We will ask you to bring your business plan to the session.

Start‑up businesses in the final stages of business planning; businesses finding it difficult to achieve sales targets; and businesses planning to expand who need to assess staff numbers.
Pre-Requisites
You will need to have produced a business plan but still be in the stage of testing ideas.
