We will be looking at the preparation and planning for sales activity. Looking at what the customer wants and how long it will take to convert a sale; enabling small businesses with limited financial resources to develop structured and effective sales activity.

We will contact you before the workshop to discuss your experience of sales planning and learn about the product(s) or service(s) you are selling. We will identify the aspects which will be of most benefit to you and any work you can do in advance to bring with you.

All our workshops are 'standalone' but you will get the most from this session if you have attended our
Getting Your Price Right workshop or already understand how to calculate your selling price for your required profit level.
